My son said to me Alexius when I returned the eldest grandson after a four night adventure on Galiano Island this past week that “it must be hard to take a vacation from your ten year vacation of living on Mayne Island.” I kind of agree with these sentiments. Though we get the odd storm, power outage and winter can be wet and grey we live in a magical place! Galiano is our neighbouring island so we certainly didn’t choose to go very far this time.
You should see the smile on my face by just reading about the description of your place. Happy for ya. God bless your Grand children.
